The Fighting Raccoons 2 cruised to a 11 to 5 victory over the Mansfield Mavens

Mike Piazza had 2 base hits as the Castle Rock Dudes beat the Venice Beach
Ragers by a score of 9 to 8.
Castle Rock took the lead for good in the bottom of the 7th inning scoring a
single run on 2 hits. Venice Beach threatened in the 9th but Castle Rock was
able to put down the rally.
The win was credited to Greg Hansell(2-3) who went 1/3 of an inning allowing
no runs. Mariano Rivera earned the save, his 32nd. Gregg Olson(2-2) was
given the loss in relief.
